Deborah Talley possess multiple gifts, and facilitates life-changing experiences for adults and children. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Integral Opportunities Incorporated. A nonprofit organization established to empower people to love themselves and their neighbor through education. She is passionately, committed to human development, and has decades of experience working with people to identify, and honor their inherent gifts. The Maps and Lanterns program is one of the ways Deborah shares her gifts to improve the lives of others. The program includes: women’s retreats, conferences, small groups and individual coaching sessions, (online, on the phone and in person).

She possess a California Teaching Credential, a Master’s Degree in Education, an undergraduate degree in Business Management, and training certification which, work in tandem with her gifting, and life experience. Deborah has coached countless individuals to love themselves by honoring their gifts and meet their challenges by engaging their gifts to operate in strength.

Her background includes being: an entrepreneur, customer service supervisor, radio producer, classroom teacher, tutor, job skills trainer, mentor, education consultant and author. Her work has taken her to communities in the Southern California area from Beverly Hills to, East Los Angeles, to South Los Angeles and “Skid Row”. She has used effective techniques in corporate America, womens shelters, after school programs, anger management and numerous training programs.
